Additional duties and taxes may apply at the time of delivery for orders outside of Australia. Duties and taxes fall under the responsibility of the customer and we recommend you check your governments customs website.

Lost / Refused Packages

IRAM CO. is not responsible for packages that have been lost, stolen or mis-delivered. This responsibility is handed over to the delivery service provider and we are not in anyway liable. You are welcome to contact the shipping carrier through the tracking link.

• Item/s must be unused and in original packaging, with tags
• Item/s must not have any body odour or marks on item
• Request made in 30 days of delivery
• No returns due to change of mind

We reserve the right to refuse a return upon review.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at info@iramco.net. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address which will be provided to you when requesting a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If item/s are found to have odour, makeup marks or are in unsellable condition they will be sent back at your expense.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
